The Service

JustScanText is a free, browser-based OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tool. All image processing occurs locally on your device using Tesseract.js and WebAssembly. We do not upload, store, or transmit your files or extracted text.

Acceptable Use

You may use this service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to exploit the service or its infrastructure.

No Warranty

The service is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular OCR accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

AG Consulting & Development LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.

Intellectual Property

The JustScanText website and design are the property of AG Consulting & Development LLC. Open-source libraries used in this tool, including Tesseract.js, are governed by their respective open-source licenses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
